PR - Offline: Friday-Ad Offline PR


This was a huge piece of pr I achieved for Friday-Ad.  As a publisher in its own right, the company experienced great difficulty in achieving exposure in other publications.  I teamed up with a county council publication to back a recycling initiative and promote Friday-Ad as the perfect way to ‘re-use and recycle’ unwanted items from around the home.  I advertised for readers to participate in the article, visited them for interviews and to take their photo and then submitted notes to the publication.  An A3 double-page spread was printed in City magazine which went out to every home in Brighton & Hove at the time.  An increase in adverts placed in the local Friday-Ad editions was seen, deeming it a success.
